Planning a family reunion involves many details. We aim to make the process as smooth as possible. This FAQ covers essential information about the Loper Reunion, ensuring that everyone is well-informed and ready for a memorable gathering in Liberty, MO.
What are the dates of the reunion?
August 14-17, 2026
Where will the reunion take place?
We have rented a large home through VRBO in Liberty, MO, approximately 30 min from the Kansas City airport. Check in begins at 4:00 pm
What is the bedroom situation?
We have 13 Bedrooms available onsite with a variety of bed configurations. Trailers can be parked onsite although there aren't dedicated hookups. Hotels are available in the area as well.
How much is the lodging?
The cost is $425 per bedroom (which includes breakfast), for the entire weekend. Several rooms have multiple beds in order for families to stay together. For campers parked onsite the fee will be $175 for the weekend towards venue expense.
For those staying offsite, there will be a $30 fee towards the venue expense.
Do the rooms have private bathrooms
Because this is not a hotel, the majority of rooms do not have private baths
What are we doing about meals?
We will be cooking on site and will provide a cost per person at a later date. We are attempting to keep costs as reasonable as possible.
What activities will we be doing?
We are in the process of planning various activities and welcome any suggestions.
What if I want to come but have to wait to get the time off?
Please RSVP anyway and comment tentative so we have an estimated number of attendees. Final commitments need to be received by 6/1/2026.
